What We Believe

• The Bible – We believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible as God’s Word.
   
• The Trinity – We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
   
• Jesus Christ – We believe Jesus is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. He ascended to heaven and is now at the right hand of the Father as our Intercessor.
   
• Salvation – We believe all have sinned and need forgiveness, which comes through repentance and faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
   
• New Birth – We believe justification, regeneration, and new birth are brought about by faith in Jesus Christ.
   
• Sanctification – We believe in sanctification after new birth, through faith in Christ, God’s Word, and the Holy Spirit.
   
• Holiness – We believe holiness is God’s standard of living for His people.
   
• Baptism in the Holy Spirit – We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit after salvation, evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
   
• Water Baptism – We believe all who repent should be baptized by immersion in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
   
• Divine Healing – We believe divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.
   
• Communion & Foot Washing – We believe in practicing the Lord’s Supper and the washing of the saints’ feet.
   
• Second Coming of Christ – We believe in the pre-millennial return of Jesus:
   
  • First, to resurrect the righteous dead and catch away the living saints.
     
  • Second, to reign on earth for a thousand years.
     
• Eternity – We believe in the bodily resurrection, eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.
